Investment Process
Raven's investment process has been developed and refined over a 14-year period. It begins by leveraging our extensive network of key contacts to directly source proprietary opportunities. We focus on a diverse group of asset types, including receivables, intellectual property, specialty finance, commercial real estate, transportation and infrastructure. We then apply a disciplined underwriting and due diligence methodology and structure both asset-based and corporate covenants. As a final measure to mitigate risk, we take the sole or lead position to actively manage our investments, maintaining frequent and ongoing dialogue with counterparties.
